Adult flying during the day. ID made by examining the specimen. This was a DOOR COUNTY RECORD. Ancellata, is from the Greek word, ankon, meaning "a bend or hollow, an angle," and the Latin word, ellus, "a suffix added to noun stems to form diminutives."
