Rainbow bluet
I happened on this specimen while doing bit of research. Stream bluet would have been so far out of range that I looked for alternatives. The orange face is a field mark for Rainbow bluet, E. antennatum which is very similar to E. exsultans except for this feature. Minot is within the range of E. antennatum.
