I believe it's a Tibicen lyricen engelhardti Cicada - Neotibicen lyricen

The date is correct. I'm trying to clear and identify some older photographs that I've taken in the past. I know the picture is not of the best view, but I'm hoping someone with more expertise with Cicada will be able to confirm this.
