Pselliopus with Prey - Pselliopus cinctus

Pselliopus with Prey - Pselliopus cinctus
Gates, Gates County, North Carolina, USA
June 11, 2010
Size: 13mm(predator) 3mm(prey)
Pselliopus cinctus?, but more interested in ID of prey (Coleoptera?), if possible. These little beetles (?) are all over my plants and are tough to photograph (at least while alive). They reflect light terribly and all of my images of them have a huge "sunburst" in them due to reflections off of the carapice. Found feeding on sunflower (Helianthus annuus).

Genus needs revising.
Probably P. cinctus as the genus stands now, but it needs to be revised.
