Yes, Andrognathidae
Brachycybe. Based on location, this is likely either B. picta or B. producta. I'm not yet sure how to distinguish the two.

I'm certainly no expert, but
take a look at Brachycybe (Platydesmida, Andrognathidae). These are also from Marin County:
