Questions about jumping spiders

My questions are:

1-How big does a jumping spider get?
2-How does one tell if it is female or male?

Why I am asking I found 2 more jumpers, one outside on my nephews stroller and one in my bedroom. These two are bigger then the ones I had uploaded pics of. The one inside is bigger then one that was outside, which is around an inch long. The smaller one is about a half inch long.

I don't have a dig cam to take a pic of them. I have both detained at moment. I have found they are very beautiful spider. Caught both Saturday.

Another question. I found a black spider with white marks horizontal across it's abdomen. This spider was found outside. It escaped before I could capture it.

jumping spiders
i believe size differentiates the sexes of spiders generally, not positive about jumping spiders, they're like a group all on their own as if two completely different arthropoda evolved into arachnids. Jumping spiders are fascinating, so highly evolved.
