Lady Linyphiid (Neriene radiata?) - Neriene radiata -

Size: body 5mm

Her web is in the south side of a Thujopsis dolobrata shrub that gets half a day of full sun and catches afternoon breezes.
That's a mite on the left side of the epigynum (which was more evident before I shrank & cropped the photo).
It looks like Neriene radiata to me, but another opinion would be nice.

If so it would have to be Neriene radiata.

It's been almost 7 months since I saw it, but...

That particular spider never made a web as developed as the one in the thumbnail.
There was curvature to it, but it never got quite hemispherical so far as I can recall.
I'm not sure if that means anything or whether that was just what was convenient
for it to produce given the situation it was in. I reviewed what other photos I have
and they're all tight macro crops, so I have no definitive answer.
I'll certainly have to add that kind of shot for future ID's.

If it was dome-shaped at all

then I think Neriene radiata would be the only option in the eastern US.
