Cicada at TX mini-gathering - Diceroprocta cinctifera - male

Cicada at TX mini-gathering - Diceroprocta cinctifera - Male
Bentsen Rio Grande Valley State Park, Mission, Hidalgo County, Texas, USA

I'm thinking this is another Diceroprocta?

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Diceroprocta cinctifera (?)
The well developed pruinose bar at the anterior of the abdomen coupled with the pruinose tail end, leads me to suspect D. cinctifera.

D. apache & D. semicincta are similar in appearance, but neither is known to possess the wide pruinose bar at the junction of the thorax and abdomen seen in this cicada.

Thank you, Bill.
I'm familiar with D. semicincta here in Tucson and can safely say it is not one of those....
