Hyperaspis lateralis, Lateral Lady Beetle
Without a foreleg spur, this colorful little scymnine is certainly Hyperaspis rather than Brachiacantha. Good call :)

The markings, size, and range all match Hyperaspis lateralis. This one is a female, because there are no pale markings on the head or pronotum. She's a beauty!
