Tiger beetle -
Cicindela limbalis
Hitchcock Nature Center, Pottawattamie County, Iowa, USA
March 28, 2010
Size: ~12mm
I thought this was C. purpurea, but somebody else suggested C. limbalis as a possibility. Can somebody make a positive ID? Thanks!
Found in the same area as my previously posted Tiger beetle.
