I would have to go with...
...8-10mm.

Found many of these during daylight hours on a dock (concrete structure over the Mississippi River) hiding under items stored on the dock. These might have initially been attracted to the lights and have since set up residency there. Living on this structure rules out the chance of the Burrowing Bug burrowing.
