NOt a Powdered, right? s8-10 isn't quite as defined as most pictures of Dusty's in your guide, but there's one picture you decided was a Dusty that matches this one exactly (where there was a discussion of paraprocts vs. cerci).

Powdered Dancer male would have much more pruinosity at the end of the abdomen and would not have the bluish-violet colored eyes.
