Stalking insects at TX mini-gathering - Male

There are very few photographs of the people at the TX mini-gathering, because our cameras were mainly pointed at the arthropods! Here, Eric is stalking a bug on a wild sunflower; the photo of that bug is probably on BG somewhere, too :)

Are you sure?
This group all looks alike to me and especially since they are noted for elaborate mimicry.
Did you verify the tarsal formula? Should be 5-5.
