Diceroprocta eugraphica
Identified for us by Kathy Hill, who notes that the waxy bloom on this specimen probably indicates that it emerged from the nymphal exuviae recently.

The dark thoracic markings appear to be characteristic, although they are somewhat concealed by the waxy bloom.
