Tibicen pruinosus (male) - ??
This cicada is more consistent with pruinosus...both linnei and pruinosus should be common in that area and can attimes be difficult to distinguish.
slightly brighter greens (bluish hints) typical of pruinosus
tannish-green eyes, not quite as dark as is typical in linnei
the wing does not appear to be as strongly bowed as that in linnei
these traits can be highly variable
