Zebra Caddisfly? - Macrostemum

Zebra Caddisfly? - Macrostemum
Windsor Locks Canal State Park Trail (Suffield) - Connecticut River, Hartford County, Connecticut, USA
June 26, 2010
Size: ~ 17mm
Is this a zebra caddis Macrostemum zebratum?
Seems similar to this one:

There were several adults in various states of disrepair.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

For what it's worth...
Macrostemum looks right to this non expert. I suggest moving it to Trichoptera, where the specialists will be more likely to find it.
