Size: tiny
They are on Rosa Rugosa Alba. The photo might not suitable for ID request but since they have distinctive shape. I am hoping somebody could identify them. Thank you.

the two black ones are likely Mordella marginata .

the many reddish ones with pale diagonal stripes (best seen upper right) could be Mordellistena liturata or F. discolor, but are more likely Mordellistena masoni .

and there are many candidates for the remaining unmarked reddish ones.

The ones around the edge
are Tumbling Flower Beetles. Looks as if there's also a bee of some kind in the midst of them.
