Genus Allograpta
Someone else may be able to narrow it down further :-) It's definitely not micrura, and Bugguide has some obliqua images that seem to match. Maybe someone can rule out the other two Allograpta species.

Note oblique marking at far end of abdomen. Oh, and it's a boy. (Eyes touch top front.)

oblique markings
yeah, i just didn't know if the other species had those and just obliqua was the one that got named for it. But it looks like maybe range rules out exotica and radiata anyway...
