I think you may be right. Th
I think you may be right. The hindwing position relative to the forewing and the wear make this one a little tougher than it should be. I went back and looked through a number of Least Skipper photos and noticed that all of them have very light colored legs. Surprising, I have yet to find a European Skipper in Ohio but the photos I looked at online had a similar leg color to this one. The antenna look a little long for Least, also.
