Your dragonfly is a female.

Per Dunkle (1):
Note that the dorsal and lateral yellow of abdominal segment 9 (S9) are only narrowly separated by brown.
The femur of the legs is mostly pale colored.
Per Paulson (2):
Note that S9 is longer than S8.
