G. ventricosus
I agree this is a female Skillet Clubtail (Gomphus ventricosus). G. vastus has much smaller lateral spots on S8. The pale dorsal thoracic stripes are also too wide for vastus. The face of ventricosus, not visible here, is unmarked, while vastus has dark markings.

G. ventricosus
based on size of the club, pattern of yellow on the club, extensive yellow on the dorsal surface of the abdomen and especially the shape of the stripes on the front of the thorax.
