I think this must be Stratiomys maculosa...
If I'm right, you've photographed this species a few times before, but they were both males (which look a fair bit different) and this one seems to be a female... Check out Hartmut's very similar looking post:



It's possible that there might be some look-alike species, so my feelings won't be at all hurt if you want to wait for one of the "fly guys" to confirm. (*smile*)

 
Thanks, Harsi. Looks good, but I'll study it a bit more.
Last time I had one of these (a greenie), I found three very similar flies and gave up.
