These eggs were on a bittersweet vine, no other vines or deciduous trees in the immediate vicinity, just ferns and hostas. The two white eggs, do they indicate a hatch?

Moth eggs
I would guess some kind of tiger moth. I'm not sure what to make of those two--they look transparent, but still intact. Maybe they're not viable for some reason.

Thanks for the quick suggestion! I'm curious what made you think of Tiger Moths...this isn't a challenge question, purely interest to learn how I would know what or where to look for that information. This could be interesting!

 
My thinking...
A fairly large cluster of plain, smooth, spherical eggs, somewhat spaced apart rather than densely packed together... every time I've come across this combination, they've turned out to be tiger moth eggs. Which isn't to say they couldn't be something else! I do think it's safe to call them moth eggs though.
