Yes, I think that's a great guess. Looks a lot like Hammock Spider (Pityohyphantes costatus).

Too many spines?
I think those legs just have way too many spines for
Theridion
or even most other theridiids. I don't what this spider is, however, and I could be wrong. :)
Edit: OK, I take it back! Some of our images of Theridion
do
have similar leg spines... :)
