Found this little rove beetle walking on the snow. Can it be identified further?

Staphylinidae: Omaliinae: Boreaphilus hennigianus
A very uncommon, Holarctic, boreal relict species. Very distinctive and easy to recognize within the Omaliinae. All these winter active staphylinids are predators, and move up from the leaf litter during their time of activity through the snow-free openings around tree boles (or open spaces in the snow) onto the snow to feed on those insects that became chilled and are lying helpless on the snow.
