Flop-flop in oppinion.
I've been able to refresh my memory of
T. occidentalis
by looking several hundred in the field this summer. Also, this seems to jive well with all those other postings of the
T. fontana / koebelei
type that you've posted.

These are definitely frustrating
Anyway, I think you've perhaps got your first
T. occidentalis
with these. The greenish to bluish wings, the relatively faint dark band on the wings (subtle I know), etc. all could fit this species. I have to admit though, that the blue-legged things in southern California are very confusing.
