ncoturnal, attracted to light. stayed around most of the night, occasionally buzzing off the sheet, then returning.

this is a so-called 'owlfly' --actually, a kind of lacewing

it was a pretty cool bug, looked like sort of an amalgam; butterfly, dragonfly, etc., and hanging around with the moths. thanks for the help! ;)
