Hackberry Emperor
This Hackberry Emperor butterfly looks just like the one that attaches itself to my bare arm when I walk to the mailbox and sucks off my skip. It pinches and is annoying but I don't shoo it off.

I will be interested in the ID
...I took photos of this species in the Rio Grande Valley in June.
