Very few Liriomyza species form their puparia within the leaf like this, and L. langei isn't one of them. I ran my suggested ID of L. trifoliearum by Owen, and he agrees ("An ID of L. trifoliearum is probable based on the colour of that female.").

Liriomyza sp. Probably L. langei, which would be an interesting record as only it's sister species is known from Cicer. You'd unfortunately need to check the DNA to differentiate the two species - you can check the recent literature by Sonja Scheffer (USDA).
