Peleteria

Peleteria
Golden Trout Lakes Trail, elev. ~2900m, Inyo County, California, USA
August 7, 2009
Though I cannot see other important characters (i.e. whether prosternum are without setae, or any hairs on hind coxa), I think this is probably in genus Peleteria based on two large bristles near the lower eye margin.

Moved
Moved from Tachininae.

Tachinidae: Peleteria sp.
Tachinidae: Peleteria sp.

for confirming the genus!
