High Jumper - Sassacus vitis

High Jumper - Sassacus vitis
Encino, Los Angeles County, California, USA
February 9, 2006
Size: 1/4 inch
I didn't have to stoop to take this picture- it was on a leaf at least 6 feet off the ground (Sugarbush, Rhus ovata).

Is this a female Habronattus?

Sassacus vitis
is my guess. Formerly Metaphidippus.
See images one and
two.
If you agree, needs species page.

Done
at least, the best I could. Seems like none of the usual sources has more than a few sentences.
