no size
possibly a polycentropodid but cannot tell from photo.

I'd guess in the 10mm range, possibly bigger, but that's just a guess.

~6-7 mm
My guess was pretty far off. I have an image of this individual close enough to a midge to give a better estimate. It's more in the range of 6-7 mm possibly even smaller.
