Adult
It has wings, therefore it is mature or adult. Immature refers to the previous instars, nymphs, without wings. Perhaps you meant recently emerged or
teneral
.

Maybe
Is this in fact a recently molted adult or just a color variation? I don't know enough about this species to answer that question. If you do I can add the info to the guide.
