Size: 2 mm approx.
This view put an end to my delusions about it being a new type of derm*estid beetle larva. Way, way too many legs. No wonder it is a good climber.

This "pin-cushion" millipede is Polyxenus ?lagurus (L., 1758), a Holarctic species occurring in northern North America and in Europe.
