Larger Mayfly - Hexagenia

On a road trip to NY, we pulled into the Sheetz gas station to find ourselves in the midst of a swirling bug storm. They were clouding the lights and covering the car in front of us. Being outside in them felt like being pelted with dry rain. Upon examination, I found that it was mostly small mayflies, with some larger ones as well like this one, a bunch of tiny moths and some caddisflies. This was right near the Susquehanna River.

You can see how big this mayfly is compared to one of the tiny mayflies next to it. Here is one of the tiny ones:

A Hexagenia male imago, either H. rigida or H. limbata. (Both are found in that part of the Susquehanna.)
