Can you brighten the image and submit at higher resolution?

 
Not really
I could brighten it, but this is a crop from a larger image at full size. I shoot on a cheap camera. If it's not identifiable from this, I can throw it out.

 
Yes - Brighten It
It looks to be unique to the Guide. I would brighten the image, rotate it counter clockwise 135 degrees, and then crop it close as a square. I imagine it will eventually be frassed but I think it may be IDable and has use for now.

I rotated it and brightened it as much as I could without washing out the image.
