Did you have a size estimate for this one?

It looks very much like Corticaria elongata (Gyllenhal, 1827). Antennomeres 9-11 not transverse; light brown to reddish-yellow; pronotum quadrangular (nearly 2/3 as long as wide), lateral margins almost parallel with front angles distinctly rounded and hind angles bearing coarse teeth; elytra in many clouded with darker each side of scutellum...

Not reported from TX, but the range of little beetles like these will be under-reported due to taxonomic constraints.
