why are these all linked together? Also, did you take the all the same day?

 
My thought also
This should not be linked to the others as same individual unless you raised it and know that in fact it comes from one of the eggs in the previous shot; in which case the date would be different. It looks like a late instar; do you have images of the earlier ones? It would make a nice life cycle if you posted them.

 
Late Instar
The eggs were shot just after I shot the adult laying them, but no the caterpillars are in all stages on my Pipevine. I was trying to show stages but the instar is not of the eggs in the middle photo. I was not that precise. I did not understand that the rules for "Linking" required the same individual. Sorry
