Looks like there might be. Can not say for sure. The
parachuting down would be consistant. Seems like I can see it on the second photo too.

Looks like a good possibility. Found a photo without
the brown stripe across the head. According to a University of Florida website: "The black bases of setae 1a and 1b on the mesothorax are ringed with white, and this is a very useful diagnostic character of the larva." To my inexperienced eye, this cat does appear to have this marking.
