Arhyssus; nice photo
Stictopleurus are dull and darker, and don't have this small lateral flap you can see on your photo on the bug's left side as a tiny white stroke obliquely sticking out from the wing edge at the base of connexivia and nicely contrasted by the dark hind leg background
