Weird feather-legged spider
I looked through the entire PDF on the family page (Uloboridae 1964) and couldn't find a match. It's odd the spider above has the 'feathers' on the metatarsus instead of the tibia.

 
Miagrammopes mexicanus ?
Took another look at this today, and on page 4 of that PDF there is one spider that has a rectangular carapace and a very long abdomen. Take a look at Miagrammopes mexicanus. It is found in Texas.
