Probably Not..........
... see Species Page at MPG. All the examples show two "indentations" on each forewing. Your moth looks to me to possibly be 4967 - Hahncappsia mancalis, but I'm uncertain about it. (no rsvp, thanks)

I agree that it looks more like Hahncappsia mancalis, but I am not sure other Hahncappsia species can be be ruled out. For now, I'm moving it to Hahncappsia.
