Beetle larva? -
Ontholestes cingulatus

I found this insect in my moth trap this morning. I thought it might be a beetle larva. Any ID information would be welcome.

adult rove beetle -- good flier, too
beetle larvae are grubs; they never have multisegmented antennae, tarsi, compound eyes, or any trace of wing[pads]
