Probably Hexagenia limbata.

Hi Eric-

It's a mayfly of family Ephemeridae, specifically a Hexagenia limbata female imago. And yes, they are quite large.

I can't believe the stuff that comes from my backyard!
By the way I took a class in aquatic inverterates...but we didn't cover the adult stages.
