ID thus far based on wing vein comparison via an old college Entomology textbook. Comments, corrections, further ID welcome.

Jim: From the holoptic eyes here, this is a male of either Astata or Dryudella. The posterior edge of the 2nd submarginal cell is a bit longer than that of the 1st (I measured it carefully from your image here). That indicates this is Astata. (Dryudella has 2nd submarginal shorter than 1st...see info page and/or the key and discussions in Bohart & Menke(1)).
