Female Lestes, dorsal view, that's gonna be tough!
If you have any male images from the same place and time, that would help, or a lateral view of the females. It doesn't look metallic green and it's early July in NW Minnesota, so we're tempted by L. unguiculatus. It's dark enough where we would like to have said L. disjunctus, but that date seems a little too early for them. Either way, it gives you a place to continue your search for an ID.
