I hate to say it, but I have to disagree with John on this one. The palps are way to short for S. reticulatana, but looks to be a good match for either A. furcatana or A. negundana.

3623 - Argyrotaenia quercifoliana
I sent the photo to Jerry Powell who sent it to John Brown at the U.S. National Museum. John identified the moth as 3623 - Argyrotaenia quercifoliana. (no rsvp, thanks)
