Size: 1.9 mm
This smallest of the North American Peripsocus species was found on Ashe juniper. Mockford verified my ID.

Peripsocus minimus
You are so right! It is a male. I can see the phallosome in ventral view. Male peripsocids are so cooperative in this regard.
