saw almost the same thing
Just wanted to add a note that on 07/03/2006 I saw almost this exact same scene in my own yard - I thought I saw a twig hanging from one of my tomato plants, and it turned out to be an inchworm very similar to the one in this photo. Then upon closer inspection, at the end of it I noticed a tiny stinkbug nymph was hanging, almost as if by a web. Unfortunately I did not get a photo of insects together.
