Diceroprocta delicata
.
The cicada in these pic's has bothered me for a while, not quite fitting under D. delicata (and not with aurantiaca either)- lacks the "Z" infuscation seen in both delicata and aurantiaca.
After sharing these images, the consensus is that these are D. azteca.
Although Diceroprocta azteca is variable, the cicada in thes pic's best fits this taxon.
Please note that cicada id's are difficult, especially so with regards to images. There may be other possibilities, however, until then, this cicada - to the best of our abilities to id - appears most congruent with azteca.
